Cecilia de Mercere

Cecilia is the daughter of two Redcaps with desirable family traits, both of which their daughter inherited. Her mother was from a strong faerie bloodline that has become slightly muted by Cecilia's generation. Her father's family all had the second sight from a transformation her great-grandfather had in the Magic Realm many years ago. She met Lucas during her Redcap apprenticeship and the two were married so that they could start a family before their longevity rituals started. They have four children.

An Instant Roof

When triggered, the cloak expands and reforms into a large tent complete with tentpoles (formed from the polished bone toggle used to fasten the cloak) to keep it rigid. A thin walnut wand that casts Improved Hex of Slumber. The spell is level 20 and is usable an unlimited number of times a day (+10) for an enchantment level of 30.
